At LINOIR, we are committed to delivering orders to you as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders by the next business day after they are placed. Once processed, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be packed, handed over to our courier partners, and dispatched.

Please note: Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Price Adjustments

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Important Note: Due to prevailing economic conditions and fluctuating fuel/logistical costs, shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice. The final price shown at checkout reflects the most current rate.

3. Domestic Delivery Only

Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within Sri Lanka. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our reach in the future.

4. Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times typically range from 1 - 5 business days depending on your province. You will receive a notification once your package is on its way.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging our garments, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we are here to help:

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirements: Email us or message us with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged garment and packaging.
