Return Window
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the return process is initiated within this timeframe.
Item Condition
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We offer exchanges only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item for a different size, colour, or a different product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
